I was trying to figure out where I'd seen her and then it hit me:

The 4400 and ER.

Her role on The 4400 was awesome. It was only a few episodes in season 4 but she was cool.

I'm pleased they made her unsympathetic at first because if she were immediately likeable it would've been too similar to Montgomery's dynamic on the show. Now, she's still a bit of a hard ass but has softened up tremendously over the course of this season. I can't wait to see her character develop in season 6!

I LOVED her "just kiss the man!" bit, I fell in love with her there!

ITA. I think they brought her in in the right way. A little hard and a contrast to Montgomery. And I think now we're seeing a softer side but she still has that edge and I honestly wouldn't want her to lose that.

Same for me!! I loved that moment.
