I'm just glad it's helped you know? My previous therapists only worked on cognitive reconditioning but this therapist I have now is really helping me get to the root of my issues so that's been difficult.

I know you were serious. It helps to get someone who is trained to listen to help you out. Just talking it out with someone helps a lot. It is not good keeping stuff bottled up.

I remember packing it is not fun. Are you renting a truck to move or using friends to move your stuff?

Oh for sure never good to leave it bottled up

Both LOL Renting a truck and one of the guys I used to work with at Lowes is helping me sweet guy didn't even ask and he offered and hopefully my other friend can too

Last weekend went through all my clothes to get rid of some clothes less to pack gonna do junk tomorrow that i don't need lol

I don't envy you. I have so much junk I need to get rid of. I have all this paper that needs to be shredded. Since I don't have a shredder they are just sitting in my closet laughing at me.
