They cheated us from Caroline getting Bonnie back last season, so I'm glad we're having that this season.

I hope so. I'm actually hoping for an apology of some sort for how he treated her as a human. I know chances for that are really low but I suspect he'll be redeemed and that would be a good step.

I will be over the moon if he apologizes, but I'm not expecting, I've been burned with that one before. A thank you would be enough for me, than they can go back to being snarky at each other.

Yeah, probably shouldn't get my hopes up But I don't need to hear the word 'sorry'. Just some kind of subtle acknowledge that Caroline has a right to dislike him.

Yeah, I'd like that too. Their interactions would be a lot more enjoyable if Damon recognized his bad doings a least a little bit.

Damon knows he did horrible things to her but I don't think he will be able to apologize.
