I'm not sure about episode 10.05, because there were only a few photos from the set, I didn't even see a photo of Alex. Only Beulah, Meaghan, Katrina, Dennis, and Masi.

Somehow I doubt that Alex will miss any episode of the show. The only episode he miss was a crossover with NCIS: LA.

If Scott will not be in 10.05 and so does Alex that will be weird don’t think many fans will be happy with that news hopefully it will only be 10.05 otherwise it looks if they are setting things up that both man will leave but that is to early to tell I have to wait for what the rest of the season they will show us.

Someone on FB said that Alex is stepping back from the being in every scene of an episode, Alex wants the others to be shine, not just him. They said him stepping back is going to help him as a producer, actor, and director.

I totally can understand that and for me Alex doesn’t have to be in every scene but well in every episode after all he is the head of Five-O

I don't know where such rumors come from that Alex will miss some episodes. I do not believe that. May be in several scenes but I can't believe he miss episode. Such rumors only confuse heads and give rise to quarrels between fans. In few days press release for episode 10.05 will appear and it will be confirmed that Alex will be in the episode.
