Yep oh the continuity
They could have made a little more sense had they did a flashback to her winking/smiling at the judges as she walks off stage or something, that way it would make sense for us since we don't always see them walk off after performing.

I so agree. I mean we could say she was being a little sexy during the ISALP performance but that would still not mean anything to the other judges. And I get it it's Glee. And they do a lot of stuff for "comedy" but ugh it was annoying. I think they were so much better at it in the first 13 episodes.
