Thank you so much, my lovely friends. I had a quieter one because of the lockdown (no gatherings with friends until things get better) but still had a wonderful one with family, and I'm feeling blessed/grateful right now. This year has been ROUGH for all of us, myself too, but it does make you remember what is important in life and what just doesn't matter.

Just so grateful for them, we feel heard and our pain has been acknowledged by them when we feel so little compassion from the other parts of the fandom. This ship was done dirty, apart from the characters themselves, and it's sad/shocking how little compassion and empathy there is towards the shippers but then again, I'm also not surprised.

Never would have I imagined such a bad/terrible/nonsensical ending for them. I thought the worst thing would be Bellarke not being endgame but this went beyond that.

Love hearing more about how their relationship developed.

I’m going to let you guys know that I did thank Bob and Eliza profusely for the compassion they’ve shown us, and I did mention, “Compassion is hard to come by for Bellarke fans.” They definitely know and see what we see in regards to how people are treated out there. And I think they’ve demonstrated time and time again that they are grateful for the compassion they get in return.

I'm glad that they see that from fans and that they know and acknowledge how Bellarke fans are treated. Doesn't change what happened unfortunately.

I asked a question in the Beliza thread on Bob’s board that I will ask here, too: If you guys could ask them any question, funny or serious, on either a Zoom call or at a convention, what would you ask? (You can also have more than one question. I might ask some at Conageddon 3 if you give me some good ideas!)

I'm just glad they make it known how Bellarke fans have been treated over the years, helps with the constant gaslighting-feeling that many of us have had, multiple times over the years!

April, I’m still thinking about it. But it’s no rush, right? Correct me if I’m wrong. Since ConaGeddon 3 still isn’t happening until next March at the very least? I’ll let you know by end of this week though.

Lisa ... it does help a bit. Anyway, Bellarke are clearly the best written ship on the show, IMO. Nothing TPTB does will change that, even if I still have a hard time separating seasons 1 to 6 Bellarke with whatever they became in season 7.
