I completely agree. From the promo, in my opinion, its very disturbing. I get a slap or a punch. But the completely beating down on him? I hate it. I hate it SO MUCH.

It is a little grotesque, his face is dropping in blood. It wasn't a little slap. It was a beat down.

Yeah. I could understand it if HE killed him but he even wanted to save him. He is her brother ffs. That is just completely over the top.

Exactly, which is why it makes me so angry and truly sad for Bellamy

Also I know this was pointed out by many people but he wasn't given the chance to help. I understand that it would be very hard to trust him after being with Pike for so long but still he wanted to help and couldn't.

He was physically locked in a cave unable to try to manage the damage he had done. He wanted to help, more then anything. Octavia/Indra would not let him try to make up for it. I in no way am saying that he should be easily forgiven for what he dd, but he should have at least have had a chance to right his wrongs.

I can see why they didn't want his help, though. Octavia in particular had already lost faith and trust in him. It would have been nice for him to be able to help, and maybe, just maybe it would have made a difference. Hard to say.
