Whoa, that's a lot of art and icons, Paula. Had you uploaded them all online?

As soon as I upload icons I usually delete them anyway to create space (apart from a select few < but those I can retrieve through my art thread).
But it's mainly like those episodes icons; I had done 8 more batches; gone.
I had just last week made icons of 5 seasons from The Tribe < +500 icons; gone.
For example the Octavia banner, I had that saved as a Photoshop file, all I had to do was add in the Season 4 Octavia; gone, I'm going to have to redo the entire thing now.

Nope, nothing was uploaded, I didn't have back-up either on laptop since that defeats the purpose of not having it on the laptop to begin with.
It's not the biggest of disasters, just a whole lot of work
I just need to buy myself an external hard drive soon

I have an external hard drive, but I don't know if I use it right.

I keep my icons on the laptop so there's still backup, but they have to be deleted at some point too. Yeah, it's just going to be a whole additional amount of work now.

I'm just glad it isn't the USB stick with family photo's That one is safely tucked away deep in my drawer and only used when needed.
And with this one too; the chip is intact It's just not worth the money to go through a computer store and retrieve it
I wouldn't know how to use an external drive either April Guess I'll find out when I finally buy one

I kind of use my external hard drive like a USB. It's just capable of backing up more, and it does it automatically when I have it plugged in. I think. I hope.

And yes, glad that you love making arts so it won't feel so much like work for you to re-do them. Though it still sucks.
