Yep
 Ibuprofen for the headache, nasal spray for my nose  Hoping it'll help  Only being able to breathe through your mouth is not very practical for eating __________________

Oh gosh, I know your pain.
I have sinuses, so I'm familiar with nasal sprays and flu medicines. Like, all of them.  Sending you good vibes, dear.  It's really not preferable when you're trying to eat.  __________________
