I love how during the whole ep he did everything he could so Rachel could stay and then at the end her just let her go when he realized she really wanted that new job, he just wants her to be happy *sigh* And I just love that hug they had, holding each other so tight, rubbing each other back.. And we could see Ross' heartbreaking expression

I was watching TOW Rachel Has A Baby Such a great ep with funny and sweet moments RnR are great in it, Ross is so sweet with her and they just look like a real couple

Rach: Oh that’s five Ross. Five women have had five babies! And I have had no babies! Why doesn’t she want to come out?
Ross: Y’know what I think it is? I think you’ve made such a nice home for her over the last nine months that she just doesn’t want to leave.
Rach: Oh. Look at you making up crap for me.

Another little thing I love too, because it’s funny and because even if it was because Rachel was going all crazy not to have the baby yet I love that she refers to Ross as her husband (Like I said before every little stuff with them make me happy lol) :

Rachel: Okay! Okay wait! You listen to me! You listen to me! Since I have been waiting four women, that’s four, one higher than the number of centimeters that I am dilated, have come and gone with their babies! I’m next! It’s my turn! It’s only fair! And if you bring in one woman and she has her baby before me I’m going to sue you! Not this hospital, I’m going to sue you! And my husband (Points at Ross) he’s a lawyer!
