Just in case people wonder where the 23 years come from:
At the beginning of season 2, Ross says that he's been 'dreaming about him and Rachel for 10 years now'. At the end of season 10 it's 19 years (the year of season 2 included) and it's been another 4 years since the show ended, so that's 23 years in total. :D |

Ross: (laughs) Why? What, what are you jealous? Rachel: Yes! And not because I want you to go out with me, but because I don’t want you to go out with anybody! Okay? I know it’s a terrible thing to even think this, and it’s completely inappropriate, but I want you to be at my constant beck and call 24 hours a day! I’m very sorry, but that is just the way that I feel. Ross: Okay. Rachel: What?! Ross: I won’t date. I’ll uh, I’ll be here, with you, all the time. Rachel: Really? But I’m being so unreasonable. Aww :in_love: And then : Ross: Do you feel better? Rachel: No, not really. You’re pressing the baby into my bladder and now I have to pee. Sorry. (She gets up and starts for the bathroom.) Ross: Uh Rach? Rachel: Yeah. (Stops and starts doing the I-have-to-go-to-the-bathroom dance.) Ross: Just one thing umm… Rachel: Uh-huh. Ross: We live together. You’re having our baby. I’m not gonna see anybody else. Are you-are you sure you don’t want something more? Rachel: (pause) Wow! I don’t know, maybe. I’m… Aaah, why does Ross have to say he was just joking!!! He should just have said something like "Really ?.." then I can imagine the whole next possible discussion they could have had *sigh* too bad ! I still remember how crazy I got when I saw the promo for that ep with Ross saying that and looking all serious and then seeing Rachel expression all confused, I couldn’t have imagined it would be just Ross messing around with her :P |
