What did you guys think of Moonlight?

I'm bringing this up cause its another addition to our previous conversation, Vampires being able to go out in Sunlight. I loved Mick/Beth like no tomorrow, so pushed this to the back of my mind. However, Mick being able to be out in the sun even for a bit did bug me. I like my vampires in the moonlight and not being able to deal with the sun

Though the VD brothers don't bother me cause these boys would die in the sun. However, their rings save them and they are alright in the sun. I do like that

Ive never seen Moonlight... but I can respect the different interpretations.. im guessing they cant go in the sun hence the title? but i like the fact that the sunlight thing is prevalent in vampire mythology.. even when authors reject the notion they nearly always mention it as a part of the myth.

I've never watched Moonlight so I can't really say something about it. But to be able to get out in the sun, yes, I think it took one of the 'dangers' we are talking about earlier in this thread.

don't let the title foul you, they can go into the sunlight but they start to get sick if they are in the sun too long

Yeah, too much sunlight especially direct sun would kill them eventually.

I got into her books after I saw Buffy, I read half of the series in HS

which was like 5-6 years ago

I plan to revisit the series and finish it
