I've never heard "Cheater". That's great!. You know, that one and the other 2 non-album tracks that were on the BAD SE, "Streetwalker" and "Fly Away", I would have preferred being on the actual album instead of "Liberian Girl", "Just Us Friends", and "Speed Demon". "Streetwalker" is so dang catchy. One of his all time best unreleased tracks. I listen to that one more than any other on Bad. Lol.

I hope these songs get released!.

Whoa now! You didn't like 'Liberian Girl'?! I can see not liking 'Just Good Friends' and 'Speed Demon' as much, but I'd be sad if 'Liberian Girl' were left off the album for any of three aforementioned songs, personally. It's just such a pretty song. I really do like the airy feel of the track.

Heee, 'If You Don't Love Me' always makes me wanna get up and rock out. His voice kinda sounds like he was recording for Invincible, but who really knows.

And I've never gotten into 'Trouble'. *ducks*

"Liberian Girl" is nice and pretty, but if I had to pick that one or the other 3 to be on the album, I would pick the other 3. Of course, in a perfect scenario, all 4 would be on it!. Lol.

I agree, Liberian Girl has never been a favourite of mine I love it.. I just love the rest a bit more

Especially Streetwalker should've been on the album, I feel. But just added, not replacing anything else

I'd be fine with 'Streetwalker' replacing 'Just Good Friends', to be honest. Or 'Speed Demon'.

I really question what was in Quincy's head when he was all either 'Streetwalker' or 'Another Part of Me'.

but yeah, GOOD thing it didn't replace Another Part of Me I love that song so much.

I guess in the end it doesn't matter too much, since we still get to enjoy Streetwalker now I would've loved to hear a more polished, finished version of it though... Still, it sounds great the way it is.

Was it not polished already? I assumed it was, hence it's being released on the special edition. Kinda like how 'For All Time' was finished and polished for the 25th anniversary of Thriller. I dunno.

I don't know, I remember reading somewhere that this is not the finalised version that would have ended up on the album... But yeah I agree, it definitely doesn't sound like a demo either I can't recall where I read that now, it was ages ago

I mean, I guess it's lacking some of the backing music and such that other songs seem to have. 'Streetwalker' does sound more pure/organic/whatever, but that's not a bad thing.

So many of the demos, you can tell they're demos because of the quality of sound, or the lack of backing vocals/music.

Maybe there were limitations with the length of the album? I imagine CDs/vinyl back then had time limitations that needed to be kept to.
