I love how you guys brought up the soundtrack from the film.
Seriously is one of my favorites thats for sure! It makes me wish I could of experienced the summer of 69 just like everyone else! Those girls in the movie got the Best music to listen too! Just riding there bikes, Looking for adventure! And disliking but in a way liking boys at the same time! It's so funny this movie!  it. I need to watch it again. __________________

Hi
 I love this movie - it always reminds my best friend and I of us when we were younger  I really liked the friendship between Sam and Teeny and that despite being kind of flighty and living in our own world, Teeny could still have her serious moments. And that scene with Crazy Pete was really well done I thought  __________________

It reminds me of my friends as well. We were around the same age as the girls were supposed to be in the movie when it came out so we all really related to it and watched it so many times. That scene with Teeny and Sam in the treehouse was so sweet. The Crazy Pete storyline was really good as well, I was so shocked and saddened when we found out Pete was Dear Johnny's father. Roberta was my favourite character though. I loved the baseball scene so much and her kicking the crap out of that creep was hilarious, especially when Sam jumped in at the end. __________________

One of my favorite friendship scenes was when Roberta got into the fight with that boy and after she's pulled off he says something about her mother and Sam goes after him.
