i watched this last night and have come to the conclusiong that i would of love to have seen a sequel of a second summer in maybe 4 years time when they were a bit older facing more adult issues and just seeing where their life was at then. But i would have only wanted to of seen this sequel if it was the 4 original child actors. which now makes me sad because ill never see this happen!

and really demi's moores daughter in one of her movies again

It is going to be written by the same woman who did the movie. I'm not sure how I feel about this. What do you guys think?

Interesting...it could work if they do it right. I remember not being impress by the 10 Things tv show. But I remember loving the Clueless tv show that came after the movie.

I think it could work. I mean essentially it will turn into a show about teens etc but I don't think it would have to stay to true to the movie either for it to work I guess just the basis of 4 friends growing up would work.

10 Things didn't even get a full season, I don't think. I watched the pilot and couldn't get in to it.

I thought Clueless was on for awhile. But then again I didn't pay attention to things like that back then.

Just looked it up, it had 3 seasons.

yeah i remember clueless going for a while. i was surprised about that when i was younger because it was a different cher and i just didnt think many people were watching it because cher was different. guess i was wrong.

the way i see it working is just on the simple idea of four women and their experiences together when they were young. The idea of a show like that would be cool.

The main problem with this spinoff is that the actors who played them are now in their 30s. They have to find all new kids- which kinda takes the fun of it. Might as well do something with different characters.

I'm currently watching this movie as I post this. I grew up with this film, and I love it so much. It gives me a nostalgia feeling.

I just found out about their plans of making a TV show. I'm not sure how I feel about this to be honest.
