I really identified with young Roberta. I always hated how Rosie played older Roberta. Not that I have anything against Rosie, it just really bummed me out that that was how Roberta turned out.

I know! I didn't think Sam turned out right either.
 I think the one that stayed the truest to her childhood personality was Chrissy with her poofy hair and floral everything.  Teeny was pretty close too.__________________

The last scene in the three house, with the adult girls gave me the impression that Sam was going to change. She realized the way she'd been living her life, got her to the place she feared she would end up.

I agree, I thought Roberta would end up like the adult Sam.
