Episode Summary
The NCIS team tracks evidence from the murder of a Navy captain to Ducky's
deceased mother. The probe leads Ducky to look back and question a pivotal
life choice he made 37 years ago. Meanwhile, the team exchanges holiday
gifts; and Gibbs eats Christmas dinner with Fornell.

liked the gibbs/emily/fornell scenes.

emily waking her dad like that was really mean - might have get a heart attack.

liked the talk about rules and the headslap.

gibbs ending up in fornell's house was a great scene.

nice thing to learn something more about ducky's past.
i felt a little sorry for him when he blamed himself for taking away the real love from her mom, but it looks like she did find love and happiness after all.
and i think he did the right thing. this guy wasn't trustworthy.

I so don't remember Emily waking Fornell up nuwanda Curious if I made a note about that when I watched the episode.

I loved the end when Gibbs showed up at Fornell's to crash on the couch.

i think it was right after the opening credits. emily used a stadium horn to wake him up.

Interesting the victom was looking for Ducky's mom. This whole mystery with his mom and this Balthazar persona that many con people were using was very interesting

Interesting twist. I was thinking the husband had something to do with what happened to the general.

Aw, nice reunion with Ducky and the Gardner. Such a good scene with all the team meeting up for presents and a drink.

Oh wow! I forgot that Emily was going to sabotage to get her dad out of Gibbs' . But termites?! Yikes

Gibbs showing up at Fornell's and crashing on the couch like Fornell did to him . Loved it

Fornell & his daughter oo Emily has a boyfriend? Interesting... Love how long it took him to hear boyfriend . Nice rule - the age limit of how old you need to be to have a boyfriend goes up a year each year . I think my father would like that rule

nice to see Ducky's old house again - bet they never thought they'd use that set again. I think that they should show us his new place

I like how they had past Ducky talking to present Ducky for the internal reflecting - a good scene too

Donald Horatio Mallard? I think that's the first time we've heard his full name

I like the scene with the team & presents

Nice that Gibbs ends up at the Fornell residence so he should end up on the couch after how long Fornell was on his (& since Emily planted the termites at his place)

Interesting fact - most of the black & white shots before the ad breaks have been of Ducky in this ep

True, it would have been nice for them to show Ducky's new place.

I don't normally pay that much attention but I kept seeing it last night for some reason & most of the time it was Ducky or at least felt that way
