I see the Secretary of the Navy is back. Funny thing, the actress that plays her has been on Suits playing a character with the last name Gibbs.

The ep was much better than last weeks.
Fornell was back, but unfortunately we saw no training sessions at all.
We learned that mcgee has a middle name and it looks like we get a new secnav too – again.
Secnav is checking out every boyfriend her daughter has – probably necessary, but I am thankful I don’t have to live like that.
At first I thought that the boyfriend was involved somehow, then I thought that this might be the training session – which would have been not secnav-like, but sometimes that makes it look more real. anyway none of this was right.
And then there were a lot of good conversations and scenes, like:
-Fornell taking mcgee’s coffee – which was tea -, making a face, asking what the hell this is and asking one of his co-workers to toss it.
-Fornell hearing the secnav and her ex-husband shouting at each other and then saying: “I miss diane”. (Don’t know if it was meant like this, but I had to laugh.)
-Abby: “the car is cleaner than my lab.”
Tony: “nothing is cleaner than your lab.”
- Secnav: you look like an mp (gibbs), you like a fed (fornell) and you like Sonny crockett (tony)
- Secnav (to gibbs): do you have an internal alarm that goes off every time a fresh pot is brewed?

Nuwanda, agreed with you on it being a better episode than the previous.
Also agreed with everything you said too.

Farragut?! That is some middle name Nice we got to learn more about McGee through his friend Val.

Glad to see Fornell back again. The tea/coffee scene was funny

Hahaha loved how Tony tried to get info about agent Paige out of Abby, but she wouldn't budge and she knew McGee's middle name all along (which I am not surprised about)

Kinda figured the drop would go wrong. I thought the dad was in on the kidnapping. Guess not . Can't believe that Fornell, Gibbs and McGee got taken out! Was not expecting that

Hehe Ducky forcing Gibbs to sit still so he could examine him

at the colored bandaids that the hospital put on McGee and Fornell and Tony commenting on them

Was a bit surprised that the dads new girlfriend being the one who set everything up.

Haha the story about the tooth was funny.

Liked that Gibbs called in reinforcements from agent Paige's crew.

I was a bit disappointed we didn't get the team doing training

That's his middle name? that I would never have guessed. I wouldn't have wanted anyone to know that if that was me so no surprise we didn't know it before. I had to google it to see if I could see what it means & it has military connections so seeing that it actually makes sense. Then again maybe the explanation is in the ep I just have to wait forever to see it

Yes! I never would have guessed that either. But now knowing it's meaning/connections, it does make sense then I don't remember there being an explanation for it.

I agree that the "I miss Diane" scene is funny. I think it may have been intended that way

Trust Gibbs to not want to be examined I think Ducky should hit him to make him behave

I wasn't . I was thinking McGee's friend may have been but the girlfriend didn't really surprise me

I think it is the end of her as SecNav. I am trying to remember... we didn't see her again and she wasn't mentioned again (that I know of) So not sure.
