I think it was a good episode.
it was an interesting case and I liked seeing loretta doing something different. glad she was successful - not sure if this was really the end to the story. the only thing I have to complain about are the writers. not only on this show, but on some others too. sometimes it seems like (even the most experienced agents or policemen) are too stupid to do their jobs. in two other eps the whole team let a criminal espcape although they had him practically surrounded, then shouting from "a mile away": ""excuse me, police (NCIS, FBI, whatever) we want to talk to you" and why are they carrying guns when they don't use them. It was absolutely ridiculous how sebastian tried to "arrest" kasem the first time and then the second time he just jumped him - liked how he got him in the end though. |

I haven't seen the episode (yet)...
But you're absolutely right with the stupid mistakes... Why would you shout ncis/fbi etc from a mile away... No wonder that they always run away.... Or it's the same when there's an identity mix up and they only figure out last minute that the victim/witness they were interrogating/defending was in fact someone else not so innocent... __________________

Seems silly how easily they lost the guy. Neither did their job that well, especially the other guy Sebastian was working with as he seemed to just walk out & not watch the guy at all. At least Sebastian appeared to try keep watch of him
Nice Loretta is putting her mind to something else. Shame about the woman walking out when she tried to help her... Tammy's story about sneaking away & changing her clothes . Smart thinking though & not surprised that she was right about the guy giving them the slip That was an unexpected twist finding the dead woman Glad Loretta followed up or tried to with the woman Now she's having the wife arrested? I knew something was up with the other guy. It was so clear that procedure wasn't being followed. So not surprised that he was in on it Glad Loretta saved the woman from her husband Did Tammy arrange for Sebastian to be made a part of this fake order of the mongoose? __________________

Interesting start of the episode...
(I'm on a roll with the show... ) Neither Sebastian & the FBI guy seemed to be doing their jobs that well Loretta as an E.R specialist, interesting, but I like it... Everyone copes differently with loss, it may actually help Loretta to process LaSalle's death Has Loretta's past ever came up before? __________________

I thought so too...
NOLA is the one show where I'm not really tempted to re-watch it from the pilot episodes __________________

I think there had been some mentions of Loretta's past, can't remember for sure.

Yeah that makes it harder to remember things as its not one of those shows that we want to rewatch to help ensure we remember these things

I'm fine with re-watching one or two NOLA episodes for the crossword games, but that's all
