Perhaps it was the actress herself who didn't want to appear on this show anymore, or like I said, maybe the writers just wanted a sad and heartbreaking storyline for Sam.

I think these two options are most likely it idk though, it seems unnecessary unless the actress wanted out. We don't see families all that much so I wouldn't think there would be a high call for appearances

that's a good point...I tried to find articles and interviews with the producers about why they decided to kill off Michelle but so far I haven't found any. So unless the producers themselves come out and tell us exactly why she was killed off, otherwise we would probably never know for sure why they did it.

I think it would be nice if it was the writers decision to do that, they could explain their reasoning. That goes for any big things they do on these shows. I am always interested why they do what they do.

or word from the writers would be good too...the reason why I said producers is because it's the producers who run the show, every idea that gets pitched on the show must go through the producers first, they have the last say in everything. So even if it was the writers idea to kill Michelle off, they still would've needed permission from the producers in order to go through with that idea. I suspect it was probably the producers' decision to kill Michelle off.

Now that I'm home & can watch the episodes from this week... I almost don't want to watch this

aww nice to see Sam & his wife going for a run together & then the family time with their daughter

I like how Callen comes to pick Sam up

wow Michelle can provide quite a bit of information to help them try to find her - but on the other hand with her experience it makes sense. Then of course Sam (& her) know how many hours she has left. Nice that he tries to tell her a higher amount though. I just want to hug him, it is so sad & so sweet. Their talk about 'the walk' it makes it so much worse knowing what's going to happen

I like the trailing the guy they release from prison, pity they then lose him. I like how Nell backs up Hetty

Kamran is only 12? that's so sad. Another young child losing her mother that's awful. Evil franchise

How awful that she was at the place that Kensi & Deeks were at earlier in the episode that's so mean to screw around with them & then have them not make it in time to save her
