I'm done with s9! if i didn't like Mosley before, now i straight up hate her. The way she treated Deeks, fired him, tried to humilliate him by having him scorted out of the building, ughh so frustrating! i wish the rest of the team would have come to his defense, not even Kensi did. And despite all of that, he still went to save her son, bc that's the kind of person he is, and to keep Kensi safe of course
glad i'm done with this season, hoping s10 is better! __________________

Somehow I feel that they were not planning to have Mosley on the long-run... and what happened during the season 9 finale was just a turning point...

Yeah they either didn't intend for her to stick around or they wrote her ending for the season as they could see no one liked her.

My guess is that they have planned for Mosley to be an "extreme contrast" leader - Nia Long did a good job of making us all miss Hetty & Granger.
But ultimately, she has contributed to the team becoming self-resilient and to be able to call the shots instewd of expecting someone to make those decisions... ... still s9 is a hard season to appreciate... ... her office is pretty cool  __________________

That is true. It is good they made her a different character too, she just wasn't likable the way she was written. But then it was good for the team moving forward too

But at first watch s9 was the hardest to get through... right now, I could probably appreciate more what Mosley's approach got out of the team in terms of figuring out the job on their own...
