This is completely random but NCIS got referenced in The Conners. I'm watching 2x19 & in it the older sister is picking on the younger sister for spending the night in jail. She says "when you went in there was only one NCIS, & now there's one in every city in the land". It amused me & liked hearing NCIS mentioned on another show - especially considering I think it aired as a competition to the show

So I found another completely random moment in another show . I'm watching the final season of Will & Grace & the ep I'm up to mentioned NCIS

Jack: Have you ever seen NCIS?
Will: No
Jack: Has anyone you know ever seen it?
Will: No
Jack: But you still believe it exists. Will, God is NCIS.
(Jack was trying to show how he can believe in God even though he's never seen it)
