I did recognize it once they started naming who said what line. I definitely watched it about three times last night. :D The Jim and Mayim was my favorite part.

I was thinking "this is probably how they were paired up for the actor-on-actor interviews, and then I remembered Melissa wasn't there.

I love them! Thanks for bring the vid, Yanina, I don't know why I never see the interview, always I see interviews from the cast from TBBT.

In the last round I voted for the 1# I believe (or 2#, I don't know).

Mayim helps Jim with his lines teaching him a little of physics, I read this in some page, I don't remember, but I believe Jim or Mayim said that in the Comic-Con. I saw all the parts from the cast in the Comic-Con and I never heard that!

Can be. I don't know why I remember that, it's possible the site where I read it didn't express that very well, or my interpretation was very bad.

We're going to the 6# in the premiere with this rhythm :).

I've always like Sheldon, and I liked Amy when she joined, but one of the things that really made me love "the Shamy" was finding out how well Jim and Mayim get along, and seeing them in interviews together, etc. They seem to genuinely enjoy working together, and the chemistry comes through on-screen :)

I agree with you, and I saw this interview and they at the Comic Con, are more interviews?

I've heard some fans saying at the first time they didn't like Amy, but when she becames more social (or when she was added to the girls night) they fallin' in love with her. And in my opinion, always I was a big fan from the Shamy but when I saw them having a kiss (and experimenting with their friends), that motived me more to be a very fanatic from that couple.

Totally agree, it does translate onto screen and it does create that amazing chemistry :) Comic Con was a great proof of that :)
