I want to have more about the experiments Sheldon and Amy do.

And about one thing from the third season.
One of these days I read the report from the taping about the episode The Plimpton Stimulation written by ennaxor on the Spoilers Forum. I saw a scene the writers didn't put on the episode, is in the Laundry Room and in there were Sheldon and Penny talking.
In one moment Sheldon said something, 'he thought he found a kindred spirit in Plimpton, but it turns out she’s just driven by her sexual urges… like Penny' and 'he’s afraid that he might be the only one of his species in the world.' (I quote as written ennaxor).
I was thinking about it...
Sheldon was worried because he didn't find his 'kindred spirit'?
Oh my god, Sheldon was worried!
What about that? We had Amy two episodes later...

Well, in the Zazzy Substitution he did say

So it does sound like he has been thinking about it, and got to the conclusion that Amy is the closest to "his kind"... that would also explain why he got so upset after his fight with Amy and why he wants to "gift humanity with their progeny"

Yes, he founds in Amy's kindred spirit, but Amy is changing very quick and he didn't realize altogether (but he suspected her change). I think he will realize on the fifth season.
Sheldon will going to fight with that, won't he?

In her essence, Amy is not changing, she is just trying to be more social, and have the girlfriends she always wanted to have but never could. She always had that in her, she just gets to show it now.

Sheldon will I think at some point will try to fight this, even though I don`t see it affecting their relationship too much, except for some comments he made about her "prolongued exposure to Penny", maybe he will have some kind of talk or fight with Penny about her "bad influence" but I don`t think it will go beyond that. They keep havng their relationship like always, the last episode of season 4 comes to mind, "that doesn`t interest me, goodbye" LOL.

I guess we`ll have to wait till season 5 to find out :)

I totally agree with you, Yanina.

I didn't mean she's changing in the sense a big change, I mean like you say, she is just trying to be more social. She has girl friends now and she can reach something she likes. Sheldon wasn't affected, but not for now.
We need the season five now, yes, 'cause we don't know what can happen!

Yes, it was! Even, this was more hard (for me is the winter in these months, but...)

Last summer (winter to me though) I really didn`t think it was going to last but now they have me hooked!!

Last summer I didn't really care. It was kinda scaring me how "eh" I was about season four starting. I really want season five to start. (But all these feelings were in general and not just about Shamy.)

Well, I thought this winter: Oh god, June, July... but in July is the Comic Con, and then, in August they will film their first tapes for the season 5. The last episode was released in May I think... and the wait for the new season was very very long. And me too, they have me hooked

Yeah, me too, I mean, Shamy is one of the reasons but I really want to find out about the Penny/Raj/Leonard and how that will affect LP situation too... and Howard & Bernadette & the Besties too :D

A lot happenned during season 4 now that I think about it! and I do mean A LOT, Shamy being one of my favourites definitely

Last summer I was pretty excited for S4, but I was kinda neutral on the Shamy front. Now I'm super pumped for season five and the Shamy is a big reason why. :D
