Orchids are always mysterious. We had one in our office and it looked very dead. So my colleague took it home to her mom, who has the talent to bring back plants to live. And 6 weeks later that orchid blossoms out with 3 new flowers

Thank you, Susanne! I enjoyed that. Especially the lovely things the writer said at the start of the article - somehow it's good to hear non-TBBT fans so impressed with her, as we are!

And I agree with you about orchids. I had one or two years ago, like when I was a teenager, and their flowers lasted for ages - it was like they were ornaments! Then eventually they just gave up. That's what happens to all my plants sooner or later! I love orchids though.

I have no green thumb either, no plant survives for very long at my home
