Ok, so I had to google "calf-cow" I actually found it referred to in a few football articles and recruiting. It doesn't quite seem like it's applicable. Calf-cow, I guess it would imply that they think Luke/Vince are close and they're talking to Luke thinking Vince will follow him there:

"The first thought in your mind is how much does the really good player really want to come to your school? If he's only going to come with his buddy as a tagalong, how committed is he to your university? It's commonly referred to as the calf-cow, the cow being the player that you want and the calf follows him to that destination."

That conversation with all the guys outside with Coach listening in is my favorite. It's a great scene.

Dare I say I feel bad for Buddy Jr.?

And Julie and the TA...ready for that to blow up in her face. I mean obviously she probably shouldn't be sleeping with a TA, but she really shouldn't be sleeping with a technically separated but not yet divorced person. Don't get into that mess, but I guess she's too young to realize that, learned the hard way.

I've never actually listened to what she said. But yeah she said she couldn't hack it with Habitat for Humanity and that her parents couldn't pay for anything else...so I guess so, she decided to take a chance on habitat, bailed on it and then probably went to some second or third choice school.

The coaches all getting drunk together is amazing. Coach asking Tami what she's wearing...

Drunk Luke is hysterical. "Hey Buddy Jr. .. Where are you girl?"

You could tell a lot of that was improvised, when Luke is talking about the hair Vince's laugh is so genuine. Them branding each other...oh geez.

The Julie Taylor is a **** scene, is it wrong I got some joy out of that. But really, how mortifying. I would be mortified. To not only be confronted by the wife but in front of your peers.

The wife, Allison, she kind of stumbled at the end, I wonder if she was drunk...regardless, probably not a good look to go in and assault an 18 year old who is sleeping with your husband.

I love that not just the players that went out to the party are hungover, but the coaches are clearly very hungover too.
