It's always shocking for me to remember that Taylor is 10 years older than Aaron, that Aaron was only like 21 when he filmed Savages.

I don't think he'll follow him, just because he's particular, but maybe he will. Taylor is so quiet about his friendships with fellow actors, like does he still stay in touch with Dylan O'Brien?

I think the marrying a whole ass woman when he was still in his teens and then having kids immediately made me think he was Taylor's age for a long time.

Yeah, I don't know if it was overlooked because it was a woman/man dynamic where the woman was older, but there is a bit of an ick factor, just because I want to say he was 18 or 19 when they got together and she was the director of the film. That power dynamic...

But, hey, they're together 10 years later.

It feels icky to me just because he was 18 & she was a grown woman. Granted he was old enough to consent and they’ve managed to stay married for quite some time but at some point that age gap might catch up to them.

Very significant. I just don't get it, but to each their own. I have trouble dating someone who is even five years younger than me.

I would go younger now. Like a lot younger. Well... 10 years at the most.

If I don't have kids and can stop giving a ****, I could definitely see going 10 years younger, dating someone in their 30s when I'm in my 40s.

Right now, five years younger is early 30s and I feel like you get a lot of guys who still aren't ready for family life and are just slowing down from their 20s. I've gone on a few dates with early 30 somethings and it makes me feel like I'm back in my 20s, which is fun for like a month or two and then...I'm tired.

I’ve never dated younger guys because they always seemed immature to me but then again there are plenty of older guys that don’t have their act together either. 10 year age difference isn’t that big of a deal nowadays but once you get beyond that at some point the divide between decades starts to catch up and makes it harder for the couple to be on the same page about lots of things.
