RULES

We want your posting experience here to be fun and enjoyable, however, there are a few general rules that need to be read, understood and followed in order for this to happen:

DOUBLE/TRIPLE POSTING:
This is against the general FF rules. And we prefer you try NOT to double/triple or even more, posts in a row. However, there are exceptions, such as when FF or your computer is running slow and freezes or times out on you and accidentally puts more than one post through, we understand you can't control that. And if there's a thread which hasn't been posted in for a while and you'd like to add to it with new information, then you can post. But other than that, please do NOT double or triple post.

QUOTING PICTURES:
Another basic FF rules; this is because it makes the pages way too hard to load. So please do NOT quote any images, this goes for pics, avies, banners, anything. If you want to point out a specific picture to comment on, just post the link to it.

While on the topic of pictures, please don’t post pictures any wider than 800 pixels so you don’t stretch the post table. We've had to go behind people in the past and edit. If you would like to post a large picture or at, please post a smaller version and link it or just post a link to share.

BASHING:
It goes without saying that bashing will not be tolerated on this board, or any part of FF for that matter. Thankfully we have yet to have an issue with this; we would like to keep it that way! Recently we have put spoiler tags around parts of discussions on the general threads (spoiler thread, episode guide, etc) that a person could take offense to due to their shipping choice. We love that you all have different opinions, we just ask that you respect everyone elses while you voice your own

If you are having a problem with another poster please contact one of the moderators to explain the problem. Please keep all issues off of the board and contact the poster if you feel the need to, via PM.

SPOILERS:
No spoilers about any new or current television shows are allowed on the television show forums, and they should only be posted on the Spoilers Board. Information is considered to be a spoiler if it details something that has not yet been broadcast anywhere in the world. Promos that have already aired on television and small episode descriptions are not considered to be spoilers.

Pictures from promos that have already aired on television, been shown at the movie theater, or are from general promotional material at official websites or published in magazines are not considered to be spoilers.

Pictures of clips, episode stills and filming pictures of scenes from an upcoming episode or movie that are available on the Internet and have not been aired on television or have not been shown at the movie theater before the movie is released are considered to be spoilerish, and they should only be posted in designated threads for the upcoming episode or movie.

EPISODE DOWNLOADS:
Downloading of episodes is strictly against Fan Forum rules. Links to any download sites will be edited out. Do not advertise websites that allow downloading of episodes. If you’d like to ask/answer this stuff, please do so via PM.

OTHER MESSAGE BOARDS:
Linking to and or mentioning other message boards is also not allowed in the general FF rules. If you bring something over from another board, you can of course credit the person, but do not link to the board itself. The same goes if you'd like to link to another site which contains a message board, you can link to the site itself, just not the message board.

STARTING THREADS:
We love taking turns here on this board! If you would like to be the next person to start a thread that is nearing it's 300th post, feel free to speak up! Chances are you'll be allowed to!

In regards to starting new threads, please check to see if the thread doesn't already exist and is possibly just pushed way back. Also, we would greatly appreciate it if you ask one of us before starting a new thread that doesn't already exist; there may be a reason for this.

ANTI-THREADS:
After discussions on this subject we have decided against allowing any type of anti-threads to be started on this board. Our overall atmosphere on here is so laid back and close knit we feel that anti-boards would bring unnecessary negative vibes to the board and we do not want that. However, we recently decided that since Lauren and Madison are more disliked than appreciated, we have made their thread anti. But this is the only thread allowed to be anti, we are not open to any anti thread ideas.

Q. How do I get an icon?

A. In order to get an icon, you need a post count total of 100 or more. Once you reach that, you should be able to get one. Go to User CP ---> Edit Avatar. Scroll down. There are two options to choose from:

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 39.1 KB (whichever is smaller).

Q. Are the episodes currently airing, that began in January 2009, part of season 1 or season 2?

A. Unfortunately, this subject has many confused! According to the actors, directors and creator herself, Brenda Hampton, the episodes currently airing are still apart of the first season. The network, however, has them advertised as this being a whole new season. To each it's own, but on the board, we are referring to the current airing episodes as season 1 eppys.

Q. What is a ship?

A. A ship is a couple that you want to be together on a show (some examples: Ricky/Amy, Ricky/Adrian, Ben/Amy, etc.)

Q. Is Ulysses S. Grant High School a real high school?

A. After some digging around, I found that GHS is in fact a real high school located in Valley Glen, California and that their mascot really is the Lancers. To find out more about it you can come to this website: Ulysses S. Grant High

Q. Can we talk about the sneak peeks here?

A. Sneak peeks cannot be discussed as they are considered spoilers. What can be talked about are the after episode previews.

Q. What kind of images can be used for icons/avatars?

A.

Images from the following are allowed to be used in avatars because these are general wide-spread promotions for the movie/television show.

Allowed:

-Movie trailers or posters
-Promos that are shown on TV
-Character promo shots


Not Allowed:(because they reveal a lot more information and are considered to be spoilerish.)
-Sneak peak or extended promos and clips on the Internet
-Episode stills
-Any filming pictures

Q. Can we post reviews from other sites onto Fanforum?

A.

As a big fan of "The secret life...", i'm waiting for the next episode. Wich is the 14th one. But i didn't find any publication or information about it. So I just fell like i missed something but WHAT? Does somebody know when is the next episode? Or any information about it?
