Peter looked so good in that black suit. And to think it was borrowed from Walternate - unless they had a tailor measure him up while he slept, and then worked night and day to make it!

Will get the season 3 dvds out soon and watch them when I have some telly time.

He was pretty incredible in S1, but I have to admit that I didn't come to love him until about half way through the first season. Once S1 was over, I was obsessed with Joshua Jackson. Fringe opened up a whole new World for me, "JoshWorld".

Well I found Fringe on a catch-up channel and only had about a week or so to watch all seasons so I pretty much dashed through the first season and only got to ep 3 or 4 of the 2nd season before they took it off the air. It was a while later that it was available to cable viewers and by then it was into season 4 so I didn't even try to catch up. It wasn't until I got the box set and could revisit it that I started to notice the nuances of all the characters, and realised who was who, and their significance in the full story. Peter was of course a mystery second time round as after seeing the grave I was intrigued how and why Peter was still around, so became really into his character.

The writers wrote all of the characters very well, but I loved the development of Peter's character the most. I think he had the most growth out of all of them.

Looking at Peter at the beginning of season 1 and then at the end of season 3 and season 4 he was like a different person.

And yet still awesome. I loved him in every season and by S5 he was an entirely different Peter all together, but I loved him.

That sweater in the neck shots looks a lot like this one:

Or it could be the undershirt!

It could be either one. I'd be happy either way.

So this authentic clothing thing is something I had never seen before Fringe. Do they do it with other shows as well?

I don't know! It must be a new concept but it is likely that other shows outfits will feature too.
