Though I wish they were wearing less baggy clothes throughout. The suits in s6 are not nearly as nice as the suits Josh was wearing in later movies/tv. I bet Pacey would look great in a nice tailored suit where the pants didn't come up to his belly button.

That's for sure. At least we get to see Josh dressed to the nines now when he attends events. I wonder if that will change slightly now that he's single.

I just rewatched 2x02...such a great ep. Everyone forgets Paceys birthday and he proclaims 'I'm tired of being Dawson Leary's sidekick. I'm going to get my own storyline." We have a nice moment between Pacey and Andie on the dock (a possible romance brewing) and an even nicer moment between Dawson and Pacey at the very end when they take the boat up to Maine. It's just about the only time Dawson actually shows he's a good friend to Pacey.

Dawson was a good friend to Pacey in the fishing trip. I think their friendship was pretty strong through s3, that's why the triangle works.

Really interesting take on the pilot. I completely agree that Pacey is a mess, I just wonder if that was the writers' intention. I never thought the writers saw Tamara/Pacey as an abusive relationship (though it sure plays out that way!)

There was an old thread on either this forum or the Dawson's Creek forum on favorite Pacey moments. If I had to pick my absolute favorite Pacey moment (which is really really hard to do) I'm thinking it would have to be in S2 when he breaks down on the beach next to father who is passed out. It was the most vulnerable performance and some of the finest acting I ever saw from Josh throughout the entire series.

The scene in the S2 finale where his dad hugs him was also a really great scene...very heartbreaking and well acted by both father and son. It's part of why I loved S2 so much...Pacey Witter evolved so much and there wasn't a single viewer who wasn't rooting for him or wanted the absolute best for him.

Season 2 definitely made Pacey more popular with the fans. I think it was season 2 that actually made Josh more popular than James, but that's just what I heard.
