Vitamin J is produced via a chemical reaction involving hormone-induced reactions to certain visual stimuli. Vitamin J is important to maintaining healthy hormone levels and sexual function, and may also protect women from mood swings, insomnia, and picking the wrong boyfriend.

Optimal levels of Vitamin J have yet to be determined by the FDA or , but all women benefit greatly from at least 3-4 daily Vitamin J infusions.
