So last week we got our first glimpse of Alcide in wolf form.

And what about Jason's new squeeze? I know what she is from the books, but it's gonna be cool when JASON finds out.

I LOVE Jesus. (Fine thing for a nice Jewish girl to say.) He's going to be SO good for Lafayette, if he sticks around. Love the little looks they passed each other last week. It was sweet like Willow and Tara on BTVS, but in a guy way.

I wonder what Lorena is going to say when she realizes that Sookie tastes like Barry the Bellboy did last season. She's the first vampire other than Bill to taste Sookie's blood. She's going to know it's different. Does anybody remember, last season Bill mentioned to Queen Sophie Anne that he only fed from Sookie anymore. She must be TRULY yummy vampire-wise.

I wonder if Tara knows she didn't kill Franklin? I had this really great vision as to how it would play out, [WARNING: What follows is purely speculation, NOT a spoiler! I have no idea what will really happen]

Franklin (upset): "You bashed my head in with a mace!"

Tara (soothing and sweet): "Yeah, honey, that's because I love you."

Franklin (more upset): "But you bashed my HEAD in with a MACE!" (starts to cry bloody tears)

Tara (sweet and seductive): "That's right. That's because I knew you would heal and come get me. I had to help Sookie, and I couldn't let you know in case Russell caught me, so I just bashed your head in. I did it to PROTECT you!"

Franklin (sniffles, somewhat mollified): "You did?"

Tara (reasonably): "What other reason could there be? I didn't hurt you. Not really. If I didn't love you I would have STAKED YOU! That PROVES how much I'm into you!"

Franklin (now complete mush): "Awww...Tara!" (goes all bashful) "You DO love me!" (Yells down the hall to imaginary rivals) "You see? She wants to be with ME!"

omg lasts night ep was soo intense.
I was soo mad that they mad it a cliff hanger ending.
I liked when sookie screamed when she saw bill after waking up in the hospital.
I knew her blood would have some thing to do with bill being able to walk into the light.
Sookies dream explains her a lil bit more.
Thats crazy on how sookie doesnt have a blood type. i mean i believe even vamps have a blood type
i cant wait to see what happens next week.

I don't read the books or spoilers but hope we get 90% about her powers and why, before seasons end .

Alcide killing of Deb husband was a shocker .. FYI we have seen Alcide in Wolf form before .

The King taking over everything was a great scene ,Eric taking the Queens human and basically draining her to get the secret only the Queen wont budge but her human gives /eric what he wants ...

+even though i get sookie almost died, which LOL, we all freakin KNOW she wouldn't of, i found her treatment of bill at the end of the ep/in the promo incredibly hypocritical and contradicting, especially in regards to her cutting her own arm and then giving it to him. then again, tara kicking bill out of the back of the van was AWESOME! i love the tara/sookie friendship so much more than bill, ngl.
+and tara/alcide! totally feeling them... even though they barely said two words to the other... tara, in general, was spot on this ep. and i loved her calling jason. psht, i'm just glad tara is once again being her season one self.
+alcide shooting cooter! FIIINALLY! too bad he didn't off debbie too. what a skank. joe was pretty much the best thing about the ep for me too. it's weird to say this because i swear, he couldn't act his way out of a paper bag on one tree hill.
+eric saving pam! i didn't even realize she was being tortured that whole time. they should have inserted parts of that last ep, if only for continuity, but what can you do?
+erw as sophie-ann continues to elate me! i'm just sorry russell has power over her now. ew.
+oh, and we finally got an almost whole group scene at the hospital!!! that was LOVE! the only person missing was sam, boo.
+i didn't care for how mythical the episode seemed to be, but i guess there has to be filler eps that are solely based on mythology for the show and whatever. can we never ever see sookie drift into fairyland again though? lol! looked like a cheap porno set.
+no jesus!?! wtf.
+last thing, all the blood, i don't even know how the actors put up with all that crap, all over them, all the time. it's actually becoming annoying to see so much blood every. single. ep. and before anyone says, well, the show is called true blood... idgaf, i just find it unappealing as of late.

Yeah, I don't even want to hear from Sookie about Bill feeding on her. She can yell at him about sleeping with Lorena or not helping Tara- although after her melodramatic declarations to him and brushing it off when Tara said it, it's already going to lose some of its luster- but her dumb ass is the one who not only got in the back with him despite being warned not to, but she cut her own arm to feed a starving vampire. Hell, if you had a HUMAN dying of thirst and took away water from them after only a couple sips, they're liable to kill you trying to get the rest. This was a VAMPIRE. What happened in the back of that van is ALL on Sookie being an idiot. I don't blame Tara at all for kicking him out, but Sookie herself can keep her mouth shut. I don't even think Jason's that stupid, lol.

not a spoiler but I understand the part of Deb will be around till the end of the season .

Originally that part was offered to Katee Sackoff Battlestar Galactica fame and last season on 24 . She didn't take it due to no promise she would be in more then one season.

But as we saw with any new role ,i think due to how there roles play out on Tv and reaction buy us fans . Then Allen make the call on who stays and goes .

Unless of course Alcide, not sure what happens in the books going forward with his relationship with Deb .

I for one look forward to more on Sookie and how Bill is treated either buy the King and Sookie . How will franklin react from Tara trying to kill him . I did love the part of Tara and sookie speaking telepathically, to take down Deb and also get out of the Castle /mansion

Now that Russell is large and in charge, will others from Vampire society come after him? or can Eric the Queen and supercharged Wolves protect him .

i agree 100% with this...i mean i love B/S together, but sometimes I think that when Sookie is dealing with these vampires, she forgets that at the end of the day they ARE vampires

I just don't think Sookie can handle a vampire. She can't even handle Bill, I can't imagine her in a relationship with Eric. She's SO naive about it, and then so outraged and stunned when they, you know, act like vampires, that it hinders their abilities to be fully badass and stay in her good graces.

Good episode. Not the best, but I liked it alot.

First of all, no Franklin?? Boooooo!! At least Tara knows he's not dead now! Uh-oh....

Favorite quote of the episode came from Russel to Eric: "Love the place, love your vibe. We should talk franshising later"

Eric is a bully. He bullies and harms people to get his way. Enough about that.

I can take the blood and the gore. But I thought it was extremely hard to watch the dogfighting and the shooting of the dogs. I'm still not interested in Sam's storyline

I'm SO SO relevied they made the scene back in Alcide's truck "lighter" that it was in the book. No rape, whohoo! I can't see why people still blame Bill for what he did. You have to remember that he's not human, he's a vampire and shouldn't be judged by human actions. It's like dangeling an animal in front of a lion and expect the lion to not eat it. It's what they do, it's their instinct. Or putting alot of drugs ona table in front of a drug addict and say "Don't use this!" It's not going to work. A drug addict needs the drogs. A vampire needs the blood.

About Sookie's "dream" land... Wow, that was trippy I don't think they are as good as we think they are. Claudine wanted her to stay there which would have ment that she died or stayed in that coma forever. They remind me of the mermaids from Peter Pan which wasn't nice and innocent at all. They lure you into the water and drown you. Yeah, I know my Peter Pan, I'm a big fan

About the darkness. She was talking about Bill. She said "HE is coming" So she very much ment Bill, but it would have gotten dark if it was any other vampire o into the hospital room. Vampires are darkness, faes are, I guess, lightness. They think they are anyway. They think badly of all vampires so she automaticly assumed Bill would harm her, which he did, but without being able to control it. I didn't see that as forshadowing that Bill is the big bad, I saw that as them being scared of vampires in general and Bill is one of them. One of them was even saying "I've never seen a vampire before!"

I understand Tara kicking Bill out of the van, BUT the way she acted at the hospital was silly and childish. So0okie would have died if it weren't for Jason allowing Bill to give her his blood. And I might be wrong, but I don't think Sookie was screaming at Bill in the end. If you look closley, she wakes up, look at him, then she's looking at something behind him and sstarts screaming while still looking at something behind him. Maybe she's hallucinating or something. He definately wasn't in her eyeline

Oh, and I'm kinda bummed that Russel killed the Magister because I kinda love the bastard Lorena's death was gross and cool, haha, and I will miss her and her awesome clothes

I haven't read the books, so I may be at a loss, but I guess this "dream" was to show us that Sookie has some supernatural origins in the "fae" world? I'm not sure this will be easy for me to grasp.
I will have to wait and see, but I love Anna Paquin's commitment to this role of Sookie Stackhouse, and how she is portraying the character. She is naive but brave, and emotional but strong, and caring but vengeful (when it comes to Bill, at least), she has a myriad of emotions and motivations, and she has taken this journey on with guts and fortitude - not knowing where it will lead her.

Kudos to Anna Paquin for being Sookie and bringing her to us in TB!

She doesn't seem super pissed at him in the promo at all. More sad than anything. Both are crying. And if you are referring to the "Get out of my house!" in the promo, then it's not to him, it's to Debbie. She's saying "Get out of my house, bitch!" They cut away the word bitch
