My love for B/S has died down a bit, and its become a little boring.. so i actually want them to break up. I miss the angst. And i want some excitement, and i think this Eric thing could do that.
Not that i love B/S any less though. But ni harm in mixing things up a bit.

I can see where your coming from, and if i were a BS shipper i'd probably be the same way. The thing is i dont want Eric to be just a roadblock for BS, i think that would be a waste, if he only suceeds in getting them together again if they break up or whatever. I always liked that Eric and Sookie got to know each other, and like each other. I'm hoping the show does this, makes them friends to start off at least.

yes, i'm pretty certain they'll have their chance. Sookie just needs to not be so angry towards him first, and they'll be on their way

she's a little pissed after this episode, lol. Within reason too i guess from her pov. I want them to be friends, they start off as friends and all, and i hope the show gets there sometime.

Angst is what keeps me interested in a couple.somtimes a little cheese is acceptable, but so much is boring

and not to be mean, but BS are a little much this season.

Heck yes, I mean, c'mon look at them they are so pretty and great together. Not to mention, amazing chemistry!

Yeah, i'm not selfish so i wouldn't want Sookie with one person for a long time. Its good to mix things up. That's entertainment.

And no, that's not mean at all.. because i can see where your coming from, and i kinda agree.. Last season was good, they weren't all too sappy, so i liked it.
But i can't deal with too much cheesy stuff.
Doesn't mean i don't love them, but i'm just not as fangirlie as i was last season..

Yep, and thats what makes a show. A little variety, I really want the writers to bring in Alcide, or somebody else from the books.

For me they were tolerable last season, because of the stuff that went on from the murders and attacks, it didn't really matter. But this season, they need something to make them less...stale or something. Idk. The dallas stuff should be good at least for all sides of the coin

Ive been waiting for this stuff all the season so far! it's by far the best parts in the books

and if there changing things up, well more to wonder about.

I liked Alcide in the first couple books

except the latter ones, not so much.

I agree with you guys about the lovey dovey part of Bill and Sookie's relationship. It is getting kind of boring to watch, and we want something exciting and fun. And Sookie with Eric...well, that would surely never be a dull moment there.

I really loved it when he extended his fangs to her in the episode, she deserved it. I said this in the episode discussion thread, but I really don't see how Sookie can say that Eric is this evil and bad vampire. And yet, she has the courage to threaten him? She knows that Eric is older than Bill, so Bill can't protect her. If Eric was really all that bad, than she would have kept her mouth shut. She knows he won't hurt her.

Also, I loved this quote...I just wished she would have said "fungus", like the books, instead of cancer.

Eric: You surprise me, and that is a rare quality in a breather.
Sookie: You disgust me.
Eric: Perhaps I'll grow on you.
Sookie: I prefer cancer.

Guys, I just realized that Bill turning into a jerk this season is probably Alan's source of angst for BS this season. Im watching lastnights episode right now and I thought he was alittle harsh on Sookie the beginning of the episode.
