Even in comic book form, he looks good. :thud: I like this impression of him more than the LSD one.

My thoughts exactly. I was a bit hesitant if I wanted to see this comic, because I really didn't like how he was portrayed in LSD and on the cover of the comic Peter didn't really look like himself. But it was only 99 cents, so I figured what the heck - and I was pleasantly surprised.

Oh, anything will do as long as he comes back naked and bloody... I'M KIDDING! Although either would be nice.

My favorite scenario goes like this (loosely based on some tidbits I've found around the web): when Walter came back from the other side with red Peter and they broke through the ice, September saved both of them but didn't tell Walter Peter had made it. Instead, he sent him to a foster home where Peter grew up, believing those people to be his parents. Our Peter's consciousness is somewhere in limbo, from where he's trying to get back to this reality. One day the Peter from this timeline has an accident and is pronounced brain dead. And the vacuum in his head pulls our Peter in, so he wakes up with all the memories and characteristics he had before. Unfortunately, nobody else remembers all this, so he sets out on a quest to find September and have him restore the original timeline.

That's an interesting theory :D and it would actually fulfill my wish, that nobody brings him back, but that he can rescue himself, at last. I don't think it will happen, because it seems he's trying to make contact with Walter, so I won't keep my hopes up :(

Well, he's already thwarted the Observers' plan single handedly by refusing to disappear completely. Well, we know from experience that it's hard to stop him when he's set his mind on something.
