We went driving around the town yesterday to see people's home decorations. For such a small town, there were some truly impressive displays, several of which we classified as "Christmas Gaudy"

I would go without a mask either. I have chronic medical problems so my immunity system is shot, not taking any chances

Sounds like fun. The National Zoo in DC does Zoo Lights - but apparently didn't do it this year.

There's a local park that does one of those drive-through displays. We went last year, and it was okay, but those are usually too over-the-top for my taste.

Down here the chances are slim and none. Although it is supposed to be below freezing (just barely) on Christmas Day, there's no precipitation expected.
