Fringe Rewatch Thread #6: Re-living 5 years of the BEST TV Series
Olivia having ... well ... let's just say parental discretion is advised when watching this clip.
From S1-EP17 "Bad Dreams" that originally aired on April 21, 2009. Last edited by Ironhorse25; 10-06-2018 at 08:37 AM |

It's funny how long it takes Peter... and finally Walter... to catch on!

Fringe Rewatch Thread #6: Re-living 5 years of the BEST TV Series
The closest "Fringe" ever got to an extraterrestrial.
From S2-EP6 “Earthling” that originally aired November 5, 2009. Remember when we all thought that September and all of the other Observers might perhaps be aliens? From S1-EP4 "The Arrival" that first aired on September 30, 2008 Especially after they were awaiting this. Even Michael Cerveris, who played September on the series, did not know exactly where the Observers came from in the beginning. The role started as a one-shot deal for Cerveris, but quickly became a running gag. Then the show runners decided to make him a full-fledged character, beginning with the season-one episode "The Arrival." Along the way, Cerveris has made it up as he goes. "I wasn't told, because I don't think they knew at the time, whether I was a good guy, a bad guy, human, alien, other-dimensional," Cerveris said. "I just kind of felt my way through it with the first directors and input, obviously, from the writers in the scripts that we had. Even things like wardrobe, they weren't given extremely big instructions, so we kind of worked things out together and just found something we all thought was interesting and iconic and went with that." https://www.syfy.com/syfywire/all_is_revealed_about_fri Kinda whouda been sort of interesting if in fact they had actually been aliens! I sort of prefer that the Observers were from the future - sort of souped-up humans. I don't think they would have had the impact - in terms of the freak factor of the show - if they had been aliens. To think that is what we could become - that's creepy.

Yes - especially the whole timeline shifting business and the idea of different possible realities.

Fringe Rewatch Thread #6: Re-living 5 years of the BEST TV Series
The most macabre scene in the five-year run of "Fringe" in my opinion. When Dr. Roland Barrett temporarily brought ballerina Amanda Walsh back to life by reassembling her body parts in S3-EP9 "Marionette", originally broadcast on December 10, 2010.
The song is "Juliet's Death" from Romeo & Juliet. Sorta puts me in the mood for this song. Hope alternate Amanda Walsh is doing much better! Last edited by Ironhorse25; 10-21-2018 at 03:20 PM |

However, I would have liked to have seen some more separate stories involving extraterrestrials examined on "Fringe". |
