It was a spin-off of PLL and yeah, Blair had a very significant role. I actually really loved the show. It was basically about two twins who were given up for adoption. One lived with a very wealthy family while the other got lost in the system and ended up in foster care. They find each other as teens and learn that there's a big mystery surrounding their birth mother and why they were given up..So while the rich sister is off searching for their mother, the one that was in foster care assumes the life of her twin and Blair's character falls for her and tries to help her find the truth. It's really so much more than that but it's hard to explain it all without writing a novel

Yes he was american
 TLG was soo much better than the other spin off though. There was so much intrigue surrounding the whole mystery that I was constantly trying to figure out what would happen next __________________

It wasnt really a spin off. Both book series where written by Sara Sheppard.
