This isn't something we should have to beg for. IMO it should be so natural to the writers to put them in a scene together.

I finally wrote the next part of the story:

Some time passed and Chuck and Blair were anxiously waiting for the baby to be born. Blair was cranky and felt like a whale. Chuck came into the living room. “Blair, are you hungry or thirsty?”

“What do you mean? I am a whale and need to be fed?”

“Blair, Blair, no, I am hungry and was planning on having some food brought up and I thought that you would like to join me.”

“Oh, well yes, I am both. Could I have a steak, baked potato, a salad with Italian dressing, and a gallon of my water?”

“Yes my love you can have that. I think that I will have the same.” He called room service and then, went over to his great love. “I love you Blair, I do, you and our baby are my world. There is no where else that I would rather be.”

“I love you back, Chuck, I do, thank you for putting up with all of my mood swings and my ever growing belly.”

He rubbed her belly. “You’re welcome and I don’t mind that you have mood swings and your ever growing belly as you put it, is ours and was made from love, our love.”

Blair laid her head on Chuck’s shoulder and fell asleep that was until their food arrived.

Nate and Serena were growing more and more into their relationship. Serena was sure that this time with Nate was different and would be better. There would be no lies or schemes.

Nate came out of the shower, he was dressed in just a towel, when he saw Serena was on his bed wearing just a lingerie.

“Uhh, hello, ummm, are you sure?”

“Ummm, yes I am sure. Nate we have been together for months and all that we have done is kiss. I want more, is that wrong?”

“No, no not wrong. “ He went over and kissed her as they went on to make love for the first time in a long time.

“That was beautiful. Thank you for loving me.”

“It was beautiful and you’re welcome, thank you for loving me back.”

Serena snuggled into Nate’s arms and fell asleep. Nate fell asleep shortly afterwards with a smile on his face.

The next day, Blair was out with Serena, getting some last minute baby items, when she felt severe pain in her back and then, her water broke.

“Serena, I think that I need to go to the hospital.”

“What? What.. oh my, let’s go, I will call Chuck on the way there.”

“Okay, I need my Chuck and my focal point, tell him to bring it with him and my suitcase.”

“I will, I will.” Serena picked up her phone and called Chuck. “Chuck, it’s me, Serena, I am with Blair as you know, Chuck, she is in labor. She wants her focal point and suitcase.”

“Oh my God, I will be there, I am grabbing her things. Tell her that I am on my way with everything that she needs.”

“Okay, hurry, Chuck. The contractions are coming fast.”

“I am hurrying.” He hung up the call and grabbed Blair’s things. He called up Nate as he was going into the elevator. “Nate, meet me at the hospital. Serena called me, Blair is in labor.”

“I am coming. See you there, Dad.”

“No time for jokes, Nathaniel. Just meet us there.”

“Sorry, I am sorry. I am on my way there.”

Chuck was getting nervous. This is all that he ever wanted; he wanted to be a good dad to the baby and a good man to Blair. He wanted them to be a true family. He had grabbed the engagement ring for Blair in his pocket. It wouldn’t be the most ideal time to propose, but he would see if she would accept it.
