The wait is over, it is a short part:

A few days later, Blair and Little C were released from the hospital. Chuck couldn't stop smiling. His family was complete. Something or someone was coming that wanted to ruin Chuck’s happiness. It was his Uncle Jack. He was Chuck’s nemesis, who wanted Bass Industries all to himself. He came under the pretense of welcoming the newest Bass to the family. Blair was too tired to fight, but Chuck was on guard. He didn’t trust Jack as far as he could throw him.

“Nephew, this is my great nephew. He looks like Blair, thank God.”

“Not funny, Jack, what in the hell do you want?”

“I came to see the newest Bass heir. He is the splitting image of you, Chuck. How are Lily and her caveman husband, Rufus, dealing with the new addition?”

“They were just here, they love Little C. They are welcome, you are not. So, take it upon yourself and leave.”

“I will go, I will. Give this to your son.” Jack handed Chuck an envelope. Chuck took it and looked at Jack with someone placed a deadly snake on him.

“Thank you, now please go, both Blair and Little C are tired. I am a little tired myself.”

“You’re welcome and okay, see you, nephew.” With that, Jack was gone.

Chuck opened the envelope and almost screamed out in horror. Jack was going to sue him for more money and to come back to New York to run Bass Industries. Chuck immediately called his lawyer to have the papers looked over and to take matter into his own hands. No way in the hell would Jack get his greedy hands on Bass Industries, over Jack’s dead body would that happen.

Nate was busy at work when Serena came in with some lunch for him.

“You have to eat, you will get sick, and then, who will be running the magazine.”
He smiled at her. “Thank you, I have been busy with the next article, I totally lost track of time.”

“It is no problem my love.” She smiled back at him and they enjoyed a nice lunch. It was interrupted by a frantic Blair.

“Hello Spectator, Nathaniel Archibald speaking.”

“Nate, is Serena there with you? Chuck left and I found a court document saying that Jack is back and he is suing Chuck for control of Bass Industries.”

“I am here too Blair, we need to figure out where Chuck went probably his lawyer’s office, call them up and see and we will try to call him.”

“Okay, I can’t lose him, I could care less about the Empire or anything else, I just want my fiancée back here with me and Little C.”

“We will find him, B, I promise.” They hung up with her. “You stay here in case he comes here and I will go look for him, Gossip Girl might know where he is and if not, I will find him for his family. Damn Jack for showing back up just to stir trouble.”

“I will be here, I am sure that one of us will find him. Jack loves to stir up trouble.”

Before she left, Serena kissed Nate sweetly.
