Yes, like Helena coming back to guide Jake into destroying Port Charles with the Chimera. I know she was an illusion who returned after she brainwashed Jake, but IMO what she did was exploit a child. I thought that whole scene at the Nurses Ball was a rather shocking storyline considering Jake is just a kid.
