What was good on Arrow? More Olicity?

The Flash and Arrow were pretty average this week. I like development when it's done well (Oliver and Sara for example) it's just that for me Olicity and Snowbarry haven't had great romantic development. Felicity is more of an Mary Sue character for me than Iris is.

I agree, they were pretty average. And I did like Oliver and Sara.

I disagree about Felicity because we did get to see her backstory as a hacker when she was in college, and the stuff with her parents. And she's a computer tech genius, so she's a valuable member of Team Arrow as Overwatch. Iris, like I said, just sits around at STAR Labs and doesn't do anything. And her storyline as a reporter is useless because the show never even finds a use for it. Caitlin and Cisco are far more important to Barry's storyline than Iris is. It seems like they keep having to find reasons to insert Iris into each scene, but she never actually does anything.

I miss Oliver and Sara.

I wasn't saying that Felicity was perfect, or that her character didn't have problems given the writing lately. Just that she's still a lot more interesting as a character and served more of a purpose to the story than Iris does on The Flash.

I'm glad you're feeling a little better, Crystal. Yeah, my job isn't helping me either. I hate January and February. Stupid weather gets me sick every time.
