I agree it was imperfect, but the point is that I correctly guessed it a year in advance.
 And again, that ending was still aligned with the continuity of the show as established from the beginning. I understand the reasons why you didn't like it, but if the show had ended any other way, everything from season 1 through 4 wouldn't have made any sense, especially the stuff regarding Ted's kids and Robin in the future. It would be like removing notes from a piece of music and things would be out of tune. Now, I do agree that the writers should never have strayed from the course the way they did over the majority of the show because that was just stupid, and it's what led to the dissatisfying conclusion. A lot of it had to do with the fact that their original Jack Black version of Barney was way different than the one Neil ended up creating. __________________

I see what you're saying but I think if they ended it any other way, it would still make perfect sense.
 of course Robin is going to be in Ted and the kids life but it also doesn't mean it's anything serious either. I've already written all the ways it would have made sense so I'm not gonna argue anymore. __________________

but they're FRIENDS, and I doubt Tracy is jealous so yea, I can totally see that.
honestly don't understand why people don't think that a friend can take another friends kids places. do you think Barney doesn't take them places or ML? Tracy got Robin to cone to the wedding so she's clearly okay with her. we also don't know if she hangs out with Ellie, I can see her doing that too. people were rude at work so I've been irritated all day. sorry. __________________
