remember the episode in season six where Barney was using his seduction techniques on Ted to get him to build the new GNB building, Marshall and Lily both say they like them together and that they're cute.

well, Neil and Josh were in that play where they acted as lovers and made out a lot.

that was right before HIMYM started. when Neil got cast, Josh said "you mean the guy I've been making out with the last few months."
