Nah, they're natural! In S5 they made her hide it (kinda like they showed Sketch doing in her S2 episode) but in 5x08 she wears a dress and you can notice her natural silhouette
 And in S6 they were much featured...I think that's one of the reasons why she despised Franky's S5 look, it must have hurt |

Why are we debating this.
I mean, her boobs in that picture book unnaturally large, but she's definitely always been stacked. They made her wear corsets throughout S5 so that she would look androgynous. I guess it's possible she could have had a boob job since skins ended, but I don't know why she would bother. She doesn't even look proportional in that picture |

Because I am so curious, I did a search on her and she's definitely stacked. So, it's probably her bra pushing her up so much. Plus, she's only 5'2!
