Basically yes! But I think Panda was special, like a pretty original character, while July was just nosy and annoying Panda annoyed me too, but I'm not gonna deny her uniqueness. Kudos to Liza for great performance!

Yeah, somehow panda seemed less pathetic than Sid. I wonder why. Probably because she was funny? JJ was also less pathetic than Sid, I mean I honestly respected him, even though I supposed to pity him

They were both funny in different ways. I think panda was less pathetic because she didn't pity herself.

Thank God I'm not the only one, I really like JJ! I always hated that we were supposed to feel sorry for him or see him as a prop for other characters

You mean Sid was funny too? Well, that's true, he was, but with Panda it all was about bringing comic relief to the show and we never really found out much about her struggles.

Yeah, J was much better as a person than his so called "cool" friends. I've never seen him as a loser

Exactly! JJ was so chill. Everyone else got wrapped up in stupid drama. All the more reason JJ and panda should have been a couple.

Aw they should have And yeah, JJ he was such a lovely boy, caring and gallant, and so sweet to everyone. And moreso, quite educated! Plus I liked that he wasn't obsessed with losing his virginity like Sid and wanted to lose it with someone special. I think he slept with Emily only because he felt inferior to his friends, and it didn't seem to be the ultimate goal in his life

Yeah exactly! I know everyone hates that Emily slept with him, but I actually thought that was one of the nicest sex scenes in the whole show because they're both relaxed and it wasn't about angst or a love triangle or trying to prove yourself. Also I like that apart from minor initial awkwardness, they didn't make JJ obsessed with Emily forever afterwards.

Yeah, I agree with you, it was a very sweet scene I'm glad JJ didn't become obsessed with Emily, however if you think about it could have been a nice twist

Well, two of them were when I was 11, so they don't count, and the most recent one was my really awkward neighbor in my dorm my freshman year of college. I always thought he was weird because he took random extended naps in the middle of the day. He asked me to go with him to a chocolate festival. I said no because I was afraid it would give himthe wrong impression, but I really did want that chocolate
