I don't think it has to do with Blair. I think it's Russell telling Chuck something about his legacy/Bart/BI. It apparently rocks his world and that's what sends him to Blair because he realizes she knows him. I think Russell tells him he needs to be with people who know him or something like that. Not 100% sure, though, because spoilers have been sketchy.
