Well, the angst meter would definitely go through the roof. As for a specific reaction, that's actually a pretty good question, I can't really imagine how he'd react at this point.

Everyone acts in a different way when a parent comes back in their life suddenly again. So, I definitely can't say neither how Reid would react when he sees his dad again.

Just a random thought, if they did bring back Reid's dad, do you reckon that the storyline would end in some sort of...well, not reconciliation exactly, but maybe closure for the two of them?

I think he'd probably be surprised at first, then angry with him (but trying to cover up his feelings - at least in front of the team). I also suspect he'd be slightly curious about his father's past (the time they haven't spent together).

Maybe. But I'm willing to give it a chance to be a multiple episode story arc.

I really wish they'd delve a little more into their pasts/personal lives. Bringing in Reid's father would be a great way to start.
