I'm so glad it was an actual video & not just her performance. When I saw the look I got worried it would just be the performance. Although I think I prefer the performance to the music video

Yeah, I mean they could have gone with a more story telling theme and dove deeper into the story than they did. It definitely was a more "basic" music video, especially since the entire video was set in the same room. But, I still really liked it. Not my favourite Carrie video by any means.

Kinda agree with you guys.
Did y'all pick up in the video, though, that the two characters that were "drinking alone" were actually the ones that each other were trying to get over? No? Maybe it's just me and I'm reading too much into it.  |

Glad I wasn’t the only one who picked up on that! Kinda made for an interesting twist at the end.
She def had more soul & power singing the song at the CMA’s. |

 As much as I love Carrie in the video, I wish they had showed movie clips throughout the video, like they usually do with movie-related music videos... Btw, I’m gonna get the OP updated. A lot of the first several links are broken, and I want to organize it by albums, etc. |
