One of my fave scenes from the premiere:

i just had a thought... im well aware of rusty's anger towards evan cause of casey, but i wonder if he also holds a grudge for cappie too... is it wrong that i think its wrong he holds one cause of casey, but actually like the idea he holds one cause of cappie? gosh, im weird

I think he dosen't hold a grudge against Cappie, cause Cappie didn't cheat on Casey and hurt her that way, that is far worse then standing her up, at least it was to play games, not with a girl. Also, Evan did try to bribe him with a bid to keep his mouth shut and when he didn't, punched him and had him thrown in jail for fighting back, so I think that is why Rusty has that grudge against Evan, I don't really think it's cause of Casey alone, but a whole variety of things with Evan and what he's done.
