Huh. That's a good question. I would think it would go to the one who got the script first or who felt the strongest. Obviously the one who was in it first would get it.

True, but the ones Jenna mentions are the main people. While TO is very much an ensemble cast, they sort of elevate the ones in the title credits and maybe the contract clause only pertains to the main people.
